Through expression we unearth what lives in the underworld of our inner beings.

The intention is to have you leave feeling lighter, more open, more connected to your soul expression - moving forward in your life with wholeness, freedom and vibrancy.

My gift is being able to hold undeniable safe space for your vulnerable, true expression, while also holding a lightness, inspiring play, and humour. 

You are already perfection, and for a multitude of reasons, may have forgotten, or simply don’t believe this. Some part of you has been tamped down, maybe a very big part of you. My task here is to help you activate your spark.

This is the work of moving through what holds you hostage, holds you back, so you can open fully to your human experience, and the love for life that wants to animate through you.

THIS IS A CREATIVE PROCESS

I work with each individual and their body and essence. Each session is a co-creation, and always different.

Working through the body with our expression, inside a safe facilitated space (essential!) is the fastest way to access lost parts of ourselves.

It’s really simple, but it’s also really deep.

We use tools of breath, movement, sound, voice activation, and creative expression.

In this process we liberate our selves and our expression.

I have been working with actors for years, and mixing this work with sacred women’s work. The skills learnt in the performance area, merged with yogic, embodiment, and expression principles, activate an incredible unexpressed power in women!

I have witnessed the power of this work time and time again.

This is the first time I am offering this particular flow of workshops, and I am very excited to host this. - Nina
